Terms of Use

Template — adapt to your needs before going live. Not legal advice.

Acceptance

By using this Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose and nature of the service

The Site displays flight information for Alicante-Elche Airport derived from public ADS-B data (OpenSky Network) combined with timetable patterns, plus weather from Open-Meteo. Live data is best-effort: transponder coverage may be partial, and times or gates shown for scheduled rows are indicative patterns, not confirmed operational data.

No official status / no liability

The Site is independent and is not affiliated with AENA, the airport or any airline. Nothing here is an official statement. You must confirm check-in times, gate assignments and travel requirements with your airline or the airport. We accept no liability for missed flights, losses or decisions taken on the basis of this Site.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, texts and code are the property of its publisher. OpenSky data is used under its licence; trademarks belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

No scraping at volume, no attempts to overload the service, and no use of the Site to mislead others about its official status.

Changes and law

We may update these Terms; continued use implies acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
